What happens once I submit a ticket?
Utter chaos! Think sirens, flashing lights, chickens - it's a mess.
Ok, not really.
Once your ticket is submitted, several things happen. One, it creates a "case" within our system. Perhaps most importantly, a number of people get notified, from developers to project managers. If it's an emergency, you can rest assured that we'll look into it right away. For non-emergencies, the case is evaluated and assigned to the best person for the task. We always try to get you a quick note to let you know we're working on things, but in the rare chance that doesn't happen - don't fret! Sometimes (especially after holidays and long weekends) we get a bit backed up, but that doesn't mean we aren't working on things. We do our best to respond within 24 hours during regular work hours!
